產(chǎn)品描述:小鼠嗜酸粒細(xì)胞趨化蛋白Eotaxin 2(Eotaxin 2/CCL24)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒(CSB-E07278m)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的CCL24含量。CCL24,又稱嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞趨化蛋白2(eotaxin-2)和骨髓祖細(xì)胞抑制因子2(MPIF-2),是一種CC趨化因子,位于人類基因組第7號(hào)染色體。CCL24通過與其唯一受體CCR3結(jié)合,主要介導(dǎo)特應(yīng)性疾病、寄生蟲感染和全身性疾病,同時(shí)促進(jìn)細(xì)胞運(yùn)輸并調(diào)節(jié)炎癥和纖維化活動(dòng)。研究顯示,CCL24在纖維化疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用,其表達(dá)水平與多種纖維炎癥性疾病相關(guān)。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為15.6 pg/ml- 1000 pg/ml,靈敏度為3.9 pg/ml。為探索炎癥相關(guān)疾病的分子機(jī)制、評(píng)估藥物干預(yù)效果或構(gòu)建疾病模型提供可靠工具;適用于體外培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞上清、動(dòng)物模型體液及組織樣本的CCL24表達(dá)水平分析,滿足科研人員對(duì)趨化因子網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控研究的多元化需求。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
