產(chǎn)品描述:
To prepare this Recombinant Enterobacteria phage H19B stxB protein, the recombinant DNA was required, which was generated by fusing the stxB gene with N-terminal 6xHis tag sequence. Once the recombinant DNA was amplified and purified, a protein expression system, E.coli, was needed for this stxB protein production. After purification, a premium stxB recombinant proteinwas obtained. According to SDS-PAGE, its purity turns out to be 85%+.
stxB is a protein encoding gene encoding a protein named shiga-like toxin 1 subunit B (SLT-Ib). The protein encoded by this gene is also known as verocytotoxin 1 subunit B that is a nontoxic subunit of shiga-like toxin. Shiga-like toxins are produced by bacteria capable of infecting humans and causing life-threatening disease. stxB protein is the functional region by binding to the receptor, and the recombinant stxB protein can be useful in vaccine study, antibody test and other functional research. -
