NECTIN4，即連接蛋白細(xì)胞粘附分子4，別名LNIR、PRR4、EDSS1、PVRL4。NECTIN4蛋白是一種跨膜細(xì)胞粘附分子，屬于免疫球蛋白樣分子的Nectins家族，具有一個(gè)IGV環(huán)和兩個(gè)IGC環(huán)組成的細(xì)胞外結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)域、跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域以及含有afadin結(jié)合基序的細(xì)胞質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)域。NECTIN4通過(guò)與其他Nectins分子的相互作用參與細(xì)胞間粘附，在相鄰細(xì)胞之間形成物理連接，對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)細(xì)胞間通訊、遷移和其他重要的細(xì)胞過(guò)程至關(guān)重要。
NECTIN4在多種腫瘤中過(guò)表達(dá)，如尿路上皮癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等，而在正常組織中的表達(dá)較低。NECTIN4的過(guò)表達(dá)與腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖、分化、遷移、侵襲等過(guò)程相關(guān)，主要通過(guò)激活PI3K/Akt途徑促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖和遷移，是腫瘤治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)，特別是抗體藥物偶聯(lián)物（ADC）治療策略中的重要靶點(diǎn)。
