產(chǎn)品提供形式:Liquid or Lyophilized powder
Note: We will preferentially ship the format that we have in stock, however, if you have any special requirement for the format, please remark your requirement when placing the order, we will prepare according to your demand. -
緩沖液:If the delivery form is liquid, the default storage buffer is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 5%-50% glycerol.
Note: If you have any special requirement for the glycerol content, please remark when you place the order.
If the delivery form is lyophilized powder, the buffer before lyophilization is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose. -
儲(chǔ)存條件:Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
保質(zhì)期:The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C. -
貨期:Basically, we can dispatch the products out in 1-3 working days after receiving your orders. Delivery time may differ from different purchasing way or location, please kindly consult your local distributors for specific delivery time.Note: All of our proteins are default shipped with normal blue ice packs, if you request to ship with dry ice, please communicate with us in advance and extra fees will be charged.
-
注意事項(xiàng):Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

產(chǎn)品描述:
The recombinant Human CBS protein is encoded by the gene of CBS (1-413aa). The gene of CBS was cloned in a system (E.coli) that supported the expression of CBS. Modification of CBS by recombinant DNA technology could lead to the expression of the target protein. The protein was fused with N-terminal 6xHis-SUMO tag in the production. The purity is 90% determined by SDS-PAGE.
CBS is a protein coding gene that encodes Cystathionine beta-synthase. According to some studies, CBS may have the following features.
Commonly used pharmacological inhibitors are selective for cystathionine β synthase (CBS) and cystathionine γ lyase (CSE). The CBS domain forms an energy sensor module, and its binding to adenosine ligands is disrupted by disease mutations. Anatomical differences between CBS-cortical basal degeneration and CBS-Alzheimer's disease. Cysteine β synthase (CBS) contributes to the progression and drug resistance of advanced ovarian cancer. The expression of cystathionine beta synthase (CBS) gene during mouse development and its immunolocalization in the adult brain. The function and structure of the CBS domain from the CLC chloride channel are preserved. The overproduction of H2S produced by CBS inhibits mitochondrial complex IV and inhibits the oxidative phosphorylation of Down syndrome. -

功能:Hydro-lyase catalyzing the first step of the transsulfuration pathway, where the hydroxyl group of L-serine is displaced by L-homocysteine in a beta-replacement reaction to form L-cystathionine, the precursor of L-cysteine. This catabolic route allows the elimination of L-methionine and the toxic metabolite L-homocysteine. Also involved in the production of hydrogen sulfide, a gasotransmitter with signaling and cytoprotective effects on neurons.
