Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

蛋白純化方法是什么，用什么緩沖

A:
我們蛋白分離純化用的是Ni柱親和層析方法，大致步驟是首先用緩沖液平衡柱子，上樣，然后用不同梯度洗脫液進行洗脫，收集相應洗脫峰并檢測目的條帶。 洗脫液用的是NTA-0緩沖：20 mM Tris-HCl, 0.5 M NaCl，含有對應濃度的咪唑。
