Hydrolyzes UpU bonds at a lower rate.; (Microbial infection) Required for the initial stages of clathrin-mediated endocytic uptake of a diverse set of viruses, including dengue, West Nile, Sindbis, Rift Valley Fever, and influenza viruses.
