克隆
將一個基因從一個生物體中復制出來,然后將其插入到另一個生物體的細胞中,使得新的生物體也能夠表達這個基因。基因克隆通常通過利用DNA重組技術(shù)來實現(xiàn),包括PCR、限制性內(nèi)切酶消化、連接酶反應等方法。
