AARS2
AARS2，即丙氨酰-tRNA合成酶2，別名mitochondrialalanyl-tRNAsynthetase2。它是由人類細胞中的AARS2基因編碼的一種蛋白質，主要在線粒體中發(fā)揮作用。AARS2的作用機制包括作為氨基酸轉運和蛋白質合成的關鍵酶，同時也是一種乳酸感受蛋白和乳酸化轉移酶，能夠感知L-乳酸積累，并通過乳酸化修飾調控其他蛋白的功能。AARS2不僅參與蛋白質合成，還參與調控固有免疫系統(tǒng)，影響病毒感染和免疫逃逸。AARS2的異常表達與多種癌癥相關，可能在癌癥發(fā)展中起到促進作用，并可作為評估預后和免疫治療反應的潛在生物標志物。
