BTN2A1
BTN2A1，即嗜乳脂蛋白亞家族2成員A1，別名BTF1、BT2.1、BTN2.1、DJ3E1.1、BK14H9.1等。BTN2A1由人類BTN2A1基因編碼，該基因位于6號染色體的p22.2區(qū)域。BTN2A1編碼的蛋白質(zhì)屬于免疫球蛋白超家族，是一個(gè)整合的質(zhì)膜蛋白，參與脂質(zhì)、脂肪酸和固醇代謝。作用機(jī)制方面，BTN2A1與BTN3A1形成異質(zhì)二聚體，通過其IgV結(jié)構(gòu)域相互作用，參與γδT細(xì)胞的激活，尤其是在Vγ9Vδ2T細(xì)胞識別磷抗原時(shí)發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。BTN2A1在免疫應(yīng)答中扮演重要角色，其變異可能與代謝綜合征等疾病狀態(tài)相關(guān)。BTN2A1還被認(rèn)為是Vγ9Vδ2T細(xì)胞的新靶點(diǎn)，與抗腫瘤免疫反應(yīng)相關(guān)。
