CDK5
CDK5，即細(xì)胞周期素依賴蛋白激酶5，別名TPKII。CDK5最早是從牛腦組織中分離和篩選得到的，與cdc2和cdk2同源性分別為58%和62%。CDK5是一種非典型的絲氨酸/蘇氨酸激酶，需要與其激活因子p35、p39或p25結(jié)合才具有激酶活性。這些激活因子與CDK5結(jié)合后，主要在細(xì)胞膜、細(xì)胞質(zhì)和核周區(qū)域發(fā)揮作用。CDK5在多種生物學(xué)過程中發(fā)揮作用，包括神經(jīng)細(xì)胞遷移、軸突導(dǎo)向、突觸發(fā)生與傳遞，以及細(xì)胞凋亡和細(xì)胞存活的調(diào)控。在阿爾茨海默?。ˋD）中，CDK5能夠磷酸化tau蛋白，導(dǎo)致其過度磷酸化。
