CEACAM6
CEACAM6，即癌胚抗原相關(guān)細(xì)胞黏附分子6，別名NCA、CEAL、CD66c、NCA-50/90。CEACAM6由人類CEACAM6基因編碼，該基因位于19號(hào)染色體上。CEACAM6是一種免疫球蛋白超家族蛋白，主要在上皮表面和髓系細(xì)胞表達(dá)，通過抑制凋亡、促進(jìn)藥物抗性和促進(jìn)癌細(xì)胞侵襲及轉(zhuǎn)移，在癌癥進(jìn)展中發(fā)揮重要作用。其作用機(jī)制涉及調(diào)節(jié)上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化（EMT）、腫瘤侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移，以及通過影響Src/PI3K/Akt信號(hào)通路參與腫瘤細(xì)胞的黏附和抗藥性。CEACAM6在多種癌癥中的過表達(dá)與預(yù)后不良相關(guān)，包括肺癌、乳腺癌、結(jié)直腸癌和肝細(xì)胞癌，是一個(gè)有前景的癌癥標(biāo)志物和治療靶點(diǎn)。
