CLDN1
CLDN1，即緊密連接蛋白1，別名CLD1、SEMP1、ILVASC。它是由人類CLDN1基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)，主要表達于上皮細胞及神經(jīng)周細胞中。CLDN1通過與其他蛋白質(zhì)組成的連接復(fù)合體將細胞外側(cè)質(zhì)膜功能性地分成頂側(cè)的脂質(zhì)部分和基側(cè)的蛋白部分兩個不同的功能區(qū)，阻止這兩個不同功能區(qū)之間的相互彌散，從而形成細胞的極性，并維持細胞內(nèi)外液體溶質(zhì)的分隔。CLDN1的功能主要為維持細胞極性及屏障功能，選擇通透功能，調(diào)節(jié)離子及大分子物質(zhì)跨細胞旁路的被動轉(zhuǎn)運，允許離子及小分子可溶性物質(zhì)通過，并阻止微生物及毒性大分子的通過，從而維持細胞內(nèi)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)態(tài)。
