CSF2RA
CSF2RA全稱為集落刺激因子2受體α亞基（Colony Stimulating Factor 2 Receptor Alpha Subunit），又稱GM-CSF受體α鏈或CD116抗原。CSF2RA與β亞基共同構(gòu)成粒細胞-巨噬細胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）受體，主要參與調(diào)控髓系細胞的增殖、分化及免疫功能。其異常表達與肺泡蛋白沉積癥相關(guān)，患者因基因突變導致肺表面活性物質(zhì)代謝障礙，引發(fā)呼吸衰竭等嚴重癥狀。在自身免疫性疾病領(lǐng)域，該受體被發(fā)現(xiàn)與類風濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、多發(fā)性硬化癥的病理進程存在關(guān)聯(lián)，其介導的炎癥信號可能促進致病性T細胞活化。藥物開發(fā)方面，針對GM-CSF/CSF2R通路的單克隆抗體如Mavrilimumab已進入類風濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的Ⅲ期臨床試驗，而Lenzilumab在COVID-19引發(fā)的細胞因子風暴治療中也顯示出調(diào)控過度免疫反應的潛力。急性髓系白血病中該受體的異常激活機制為靶向治療提供了新方向。

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA006046LA01HU at 1:466, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
