DDX5
DDX5,即DEAD盒解旋酶5,別名P68。它是一種依賴(lài)ATP的RNA解旋酶,屬于DEAD盒解旋酶家族成員之一,主要分布在細(xì)胞核內(nèi)。DDX5的作用機(jī)制涉及催化雙鏈RNA解旋,參與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的正負(fù)調(diào)節(jié)以及mRNA、rRNA和miRNA的合成、剪接和加工等過(guò)程。DDX5對(duì)多種轉(zhuǎn)錄因子具有激活作用,影響細(xì)胞增殖、分化、細(xì)胞骨架重塑和細(xì)胞凋亡等,同時(shí)在腫瘤細(xì)胞的發(fā)生、侵襲和遷移中發(fā)揮作用,是影響腫瘤相關(guān)信號(hào)通路的關(guān)鍵因子。此外,DDX5的功能缺失可通過(guò)影響microRNA 125b的表達(dá)水平,上調(diào)非經(jīng)典PRC1復(fù)合物里的RYBP,進(jìn)而影響體細(xì)胞重編程過(guò)程。
