ENGASE
ENGASE，即內-β-N-乙酰氨基葡糖苷酶，別名endo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase。它是一種由人類基因編碼的胞質酶，主要功能是催化具有甘露糖修飾的肽和蛋白質水解，產(chǎn)生游離寡糖。
ENGASE可特異性水解N-糖蛋白中糖鏈上兩個N-乙酰葡萄糖胺之間的β-1,4糖苷鍵，屬于糖苷水解酶85家族；除了水解活性之外，還具有轉糖基活性，能夠將N-糖鏈轉移到帶有GlcNAc糖苷的糖蛋白上。ENGASE在蛋白質脫糖基化過程中起著重要作用，其活性異常可能與某些先天性去糖基化障礙疾病相關。ENGASE的這些功能對于維持蛋白質結構和功能、細胞信號傳遞以及生物體的正常生理活動至關重要。
