EPHA2
EPHA2,即紅細(xì)胞生成素產(chǎn)生肝細(xì)胞受體A2,別名Eck、CTPA、ARCC2、CTPP1、CTRCT6。EPHA2蛋白是一種具有酪氨酸激酶活性的跨膜受體,屬于Eph受體家族,其胞外區(qū)由一個(gè)N端球狀結(jié)構(gòu)域、一個(gè)跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)胞內(nèi)酪氨酸激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域組成。
EPHA2的作用機(jī)制涉及與Ephrin配體結(jié)合,激活其酪氨酸激酶活性,從而引發(fā)細(xì)胞間的信號(hào)傳遞,影響細(xì)胞的增殖、分化、遷移和形態(tài)。
EPHA2的異常表達(dá)與多種腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān),包括促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖、遷移和侵襲,以及與腫瘤的血管生成有關(guān),可進(jìn)行腫瘤的惡性程度和預(yù)后判斷,是腫瘤治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。

IHC image of CSB-PA007722LA01HU diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human brain tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA007722LA01HU at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
