FCGR1A
FCGR1A全稱(chēng)為高親和力免疫球蛋白γ Fc受體I（FcγRI），又名CD64，是免疫系統(tǒng)中重要的調(diào)控分子。FCGR1A主要表達(dá)于單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞等髓系細(xì)胞表面，通過(guò)與IgG抗體的Fc段結(jié)合，觸發(fā)吞噬、炎癥因子釋放等免疫應(yīng)答，在抗感染和清除病原體中起關(guān)鍵作用。FcγRI的異?；罨c類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡等自身免疫疾病密切相關(guān)，其過(guò)度激活可能導(dǎo)致組織損傷。在感染領(lǐng)域，該受體參與膿毒癥等重癥炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程。近年來(lái)針對(duì)FcγRI的藥物開(kāi)發(fā)聚焦于單克隆抗體和小分子抑制劑，已有候選藥物進(jìn)入I期臨床試驗(yàn)，用于治療慢性蕁麻疹和特應(yīng)性皮炎。部分研究嘗試通過(guò)阻斷FcγRI信號(hào)減輕自身免疫反應(yīng)，同時(shí)探索其與PD-1抑制劑聯(lián)用增強(qiáng)腫瘤免疫治療效果的可能性。
