FGFR3
FGFR3，即成纖維細胞生長因子受體3，別名FGFR3b、CD333等。FGFR3是一種跨膜受體酪氨酸激酶，屬于FGFR家族成員之一，由人體細胞自身的基因編碼。其作用機制主要是通過與成纖維細胞生長因子(FGF)結合，促使FGFR3發(fā)生二聚化和自磷酸化，進而激活下游的信號傳導途徑。FGFR3的激活可以促進細胞增殖、分化、遷移和存活，對組織再生和腫瘤發(fā)展等生物學過程具有重要影響。FGFR3在生物學上的意義非常廣泛，它參與調節(jié)多種細胞行為和生理過程。FGFR3信號通路的激活可以促進細胞周期進程，抑制細胞凋亡，從而有助于維持腫瘤細胞的生存。此外，F(xiàn)GFR3還與腫瘤的侵襲、轉移和血管生成等惡性行為密切相關。在腫瘤治療中，F(xiàn)GFR3已成為一個重要的分子靶點，針對FGFR3的抑制劑正在被開發(fā)用于治療某些類型的癌癥，如膀胱癌等。FGFR3的功能異常與多種疾病有關，包括某些遺傳性骨骼疾病和腫瘤，因此，深入研究FGFR3的生物學角色對于理解相關疾病的發(fā)病機制和開發(fā)新的治療方法具有重要意義。

Overlay Peak curve showing MCF7 cells stained with CSB-RA008646MA1HU (red line) at 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-human IgG(H+L) at 1:200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was human IgG (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
