GSTK1
GSTK1，即谷胱甘肽S-轉移酶kappa 1，別名GST、GST13、hGSTK1、GSTK1-1、GST13-13、GST 13-13。GSTK1是一種谷胱甘肽轉移酶超家族的成員，其編碼的蛋白質在細胞解毒中發(fā)揮作用，主要定位于過氧化物酶體，催化谷胱甘肽與廣泛的疏水亞基結合，促進這些化合物從細胞中去除。GSTK1在脂聯(lián)素的分泌和多聚化中起關鍵作用，其表達水平與肥胖呈負相關，能緩解內質網(wǎng)應激誘導的脂聯(lián)素水平下降。此外，GSTK1啟動子的多態(tài)性與胰島素分泌和脂肪沉積有關，因此，GSTK1可能成為治療胰島素抵抗及其相關代謝疾病的潛在藥物新靶點。
