GUCY2D
GUCY2D，即鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶2D, 也稱為Retinal guanylyl cyclase 1、CORD6、GUC1A4、GUC2D、ROS-GC等。
GUCY2D屬于腺苷酸環(huán)化酶類-鳥苷酸環(huán)化酶家族，主要在視網(wǎng)膜的視桿細(xì)胞和視錐細(xì)胞中催化cGMP的合成，對光傳導(dǎo)過程中cGMP的補(bǔ)充起到關(guān)鍵作用，可能還參與膜相關(guān)蛋白向光感受器外節(jié)膜的運(yùn)輸。
GUCY2D在cGMP生物合成、蛋白質(zhì)氨基酸磷酸化、受體鳥苷?；h(huán)化酶信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑、細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)級聯(lián)、視覺感知和應(yīng)答刺激中發(fā)揮作用。GUCY2D與視錐視桿營養(yǎng)不良6型(CORD6)和Leber先天性黑朦(LCA)相關(guān)，這些疾病均與視覺感知障礙有關(guān)。

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA010054LA01HU at 1:266, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
