GUK1
GUK1蛋白，全名為guanylate kinase 1，也被稱(chēng)為GMK。它在細(xì)胞代謝中扮演重要角色，能夠促進(jìn)異常ALK蛋白制造GDP分子，這是癌細(xì)胞分裂和制造蛋白質(zhì)等任務(wù)所需的能量分子GTP的前體。GUK1在肺癌中起到關(guān)鍵作用，其活性與腫瘤生長(zhǎng)和存活密切相關(guān)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，GUK1可能成為肺癌治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)，未來(lái)有望開(kāi)發(fā)出針對(duì)GUK1的治療方法，以抑制癌癥的生長(zhǎng)。目前，關(guān)于GUK1的研究仍在進(jìn)行中，科學(xué)家們正努力探索其在其他癌癥類(lèi)型中的作用，以及如何通過(guò)抑制GUK1來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)新的癌癥治療方法。
