HAVCR2
HAVCR2，即甲型肝炎病毒細胞受體2，別名TIM-3（T細胞免疫球蛋白域和粘蛋白域-3）。它是一種主要在T細胞上表達的跨膜蛋白，屬于TIM家族成員之一。HAVCR2的作用機制涉及到與多種配體的結(jié)合，包括磷酸酶CD244和磷脂酰絲氨酸（PS），在免疫應答中發(fā)揮調(diào)節(jié)作用，特別是作為抑制性受體參與調(diào)節(jié)T細胞的活性。HAVCR2在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、腫瘤免疫監(jiān)視和免疫逃逸等免疫反應的調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮著不同的作用，是適應性免疫中的一種抑制分子，且在某些腫瘤中表達水平的變化與疾病進展相關，因此它也是免疫治療研究中的潛在靶點。
