HCRTR2
HCRTR2，即下丘腦分泌素受體2，別名OX2R、OXR2、ORXR2等 。它是一種G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體，主要在大腦皮層、海馬、下丘腦等區(qū)域表達(dá) 。HCRTR2的作用機(jī)制是通過(guò)與下丘腦神經(jīng)肽食欲素A和食欲素B結(jié)合，觸發(fā)細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣離子水平的增加，從而調(diào)節(jié)多種生理功能，包括睡眠-覺(jué)醒周期、攝食行為、應(yīng)激反應(yīng)等 。HCRTR2的信號(hào)通路涉及多種下游分子和途徑，包括G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)、磷酸酯酶C激活的G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)等 。生物學(xué)意義主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)睡眠-覺(jué)醒周期的調(diào)節(jié)上，HCRTR2的激活能夠促進(jìn)覺(jué)醒狀態(tài)，其功能異常與發(fā)作性睡病等睡眠障礙的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān) 。此外，HCRTR2還在情緒調(diào)節(jié)、學(xué)習(xí)記憶等過(guò)程中發(fā)揮作用 。
