HHLA2
HHLA2，全名為HERV-H LTR-associating protein 2，常見(jiàn)別名包括B7-H7、B7H7和HHLA2。該蛋白主要表達(dá)于人類單核細(xì)胞表面，并可在B細(xì)胞上誘導(dǎo)表達(dá)。HHLA2與T淋巴細(xì)胞表面的受體結(jié)合，抑制T細(xì)胞的增殖，從而調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫反應(yīng)。近年來(lái)，HHLA2被發(fā)現(xiàn)與多種腫瘤細(xì)胞的免疫逃逸密切相關(guān)，成為腫瘤免疫治療的重要靶點(diǎn)。和鉑醫(yī)藥研發(fā)的全人源單克隆抗體HBM1020，正是靶向B7H7/HHLA2的創(chuàng)新療法，為PD-(L)1抑制劑治療無(wú)效的患者提供了新的治療選擇。此外，HHLA2還與自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān)，其在疾病中的具體作用機(jī)制和臨床應(yīng)用仍需進(jìn)一步研究。

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA891555LA01HU at 1:266, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)
