HLA-E
HLA-E，全稱為人類白細(xì)胞抗原E，也被稱為QA1、MHC class I antigen E、HLAE、HLA-6.2、HLA E。它是一種非經(jīng)典的主要組織相容性復(fù)合物I類分子，主要在腫瘤細(xì)胞和病毒感染細(xì)胞中表達(dá)。HLA-E通過與自然殺傷細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞上的CD94/NKG2A受體結(jié)合，抑制免疫細(xì)胞的殺傷活性，從而幫助腫瘤細(xì)胞逃避免疫系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)視。此外，HLA-E還與某些自身免疫性疾病有關(guān)，如強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎、白塞綜合征等。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對(duì)HLA-E的抗體和融合蛋白正在被開發(fā)，以增強(qiáng)免疫治療效果。
