IL15RA
IL15RA，即白細(xì)胞介素15受體α，別名CD215、IL 15R alpha、IL-15 receptor subunit alpha。它是一種由IL15RA基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)，屬于I型細(xì)胞因子受體家族成員，主要在多種免疫細(xì)胞表面表達(dá)，如T細(xì)胞、自然殺傷(NK)細(xì)胞、自然殺傷T細(xì)胞(NKT)、樹(shù)突細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞等。IL15RA的作用機(jī)制主要是通過(guò)與IL-15結(jié)合，形成異源二聚體與IL-2/IL-15Rβ-γc受體復(fù)合體，進(jìn)而激活JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT、mTOR等下游信號(hào)通路，促進(jìn)免疫細(xì)胞的存活、增殖和分化。IL15RA參與調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞的發(fā)育、功能和穩(wěn)態(tài)。IL15RA的表達(dá)對(duì)于NK細(xì)胞、NKT細(xì)胞和記憶性CD8+ T細(xì)胞的存活和功能至關(guān)重要。此外，IL15RA還參與調(diào)控炎癥反應(yīng)和抗腫瘤免疫，其異常表達(dá)或功能失調(diào)與某些疾病有關(guān)，包括某些類型的癌癥和自身免疫性疾病。因此，IL15RA是免疫學(xué)研究和相關(guān)疾病治療中的一個(gè)潛在靶點(diǎn)。
