KAT6B
KAT6B,即肌細(xì)胞增強(qiáng)因子2B,別名MOZ、MYST4、YBF2/SAS3,它是MYST家族的組蛋白乙酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶,由KAT6B基因編碼。它在細(xì)胞核內(nèi)通過(guò)乙?;M蛋白H3第23位賴(lài)氨酸,參與調(diào)控基因轉(zhuǎn)錄和細(xì)胞周期等關(guān)鍵生物學(xué)過(guò)程。KAT6B的異常表達(dá)與多種癌癥如乳腺癌、肺癌和卵巢癌相關(guān),是癌癥治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。其抑制劑能誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞衰老和細(xì)胞周期停滯,展現(xiàn)出抗腫瘤活性,為癌癥治療提供了新方向。
