KLRB1
KLRB1，全稱“殺傷細(xì)胞凝集素樣受體亞家族B成員1”，別名CD161，是一種II型膜蛋白，主要表達(dá)于自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞和部分T細(xì)胞表面。CD161蛋白具有C型凝集素特征的結(jié)構(gòu)域，參與調(diào)節(jié)NK細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞的免疫功能。在NK細(xì)胞中，CD161與其配體LLT1結(jié)合，抑制細(xì)胞毒性并調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞因子分泌。而在T細(xì)胞中，CD161可作為激活型受體，參與Th17細(xì)胞的分化和IL-17的分泌。CD161的表達(dá)受IL-12等細(xì)胞因子調(diào)控，并在免疫應(yīng)答中發(fā)揮重要作用。相關(guān)研究表明，CD161在腫瘤微環(huán)境中可作為治療靶點(diǎn)，通過阻斷CD161-LLT1結(jié)合增強(qiáng)NK細(xì)胞活性，或激活T細(xì)胞殺傷腫瘤細(xì)胞。目前，針對CD161的抗體和免疫檢查點(diǎn)抑制劑等藥物研發(fā)正在進(jìn)行中，有望為腫瘤治療提供新策略。
