LBR
LBR，全名為lamin B受體，也被稱為核纖層蛋白B受體。它在細(xì)胞核膜的內(nèi)層，負(fù)責(zé)將核纖層和異染色質(zhì)錨定在核膜上，對(duì)染色質(zhì)和核纖層蛋白B之間的相互作用至關(guān)重要。LBR蛋白在膽固醇合成過(guò)程中也扮演著關(guān)鍵角色。LBR基因的突變與遺傳性骨骼發(fā)育不良和Greenberg骨骼發(fā)育不良等疾病相關(guān)。目前，針對(duì)LBR蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在開發(fā)抗體和siRNA等治療方法，以治療相關(guān)疾病。
