LGALS3BP

LGALS3BP編碼的蛋白全稱為半乳糖凝集素-3結(jié)合蛋白（Galectin-3 binding protein），常被簡(jiǎn)稱為MAC-2BP或90K蛋白，在UniProt數(shù)據(jù)庫中也被標(biāo)注為L(zhǎng)ectin galactoside-binding soluble 3 binding protein。該蛋白是一種分泌型糖蛋白，廣泛參與細(xì)胞間相互作用與免疫調(diào)節(jié)，通過與半乳糖凝集素家族成員（如Galectin-3）結(jié)合，介導(dǎo)細(xì)胞黏附、炎癥反應(yīng)及腫瘤微環(huán)境調(diào)控。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其在多種癌癥中異常高表達(dá)，包括乳腺癌、肺癌和肝癌，可能與腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移、血管生成及免疫逃逸相關(guān)。此外，該蛋白在病毒感染中發(fā)揮雙重作用，既能通過增強(qiáng)干擾素應(yīng)答抑制HIV復(fù)制，又能作為HCV病毒顆粒的附著因子促進(jìn)感染。在自身免疫性疾病如系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者血清中，其水平顯著升高。近年來，針對(duì)LGALS3BP的藥物開發(fā)聚焦于癌癥治療領(lǐng)域，已有單克隆抗體藥物進(jìn)入臨床前研究，試圖通過阻斷其與Galectin-3的相互作用抑制腫瘤進(jìn)展。同時(shí)，其作為生物標(biāo)志物的潛力也在液體活檢技術(shù)中受到關(guān)注，特別是在肝癌早期診斷和預(yù)后評(píng)估方面顯示出應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
