LILRB3，全稱為白細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體B3，也被稱為ILT5、LIR-3、CD85a等，是一類主要在小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞中表達(dá)的蛋白。LILRB3屬于抑制性白細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白樣受體（LILR）家族成員，該家族的受體在維持免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)和形成針對病原體的免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。LILRB3通過其胞質(zhì)區(qū)中的免疫受體酪氨酸基抑制基序（ITIMs）與其他蛋白結(jié)合，從而抑制免疫細(xì)胞的活化和增殖，發(fā)揮免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能。研究表明，LILRB3的表達(dá)與多種腫瘤相關(guān)，如急性髓系白血病、結(jié)直腸癌和神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)瘤等，其高表達(dá)往往與腫瘤的進(jìn)展和不良預(yù)后相關(guān)。針對LILRB3的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在免疫治療領(lǐng)域，通過阻斷LILRB3與其配體的結(jié)合，解除腫瘤細(xì)胞的免疫抑制狀態(tài)，從而增強(qiáng)抗腫瘤免疫反應(yīng)。目前，已有多種針對LILRB3的抗體和CAR T細(xì)胞療法進(jìn)入臨床研究階段，展現(xiàn)出良好的抗腫瘤活性。

Immunofluorescence staining of NIH/3T3 cells with CSB-PA012941LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
