LTBR
LTBR，即淋巴毒素β受體，別名TNFCR、TNFR3、TNFR-RP、TNFRSF3、LT-BETA-R，是一種I型單跨膜蛋白，屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員。LTBR的主要配體包括淋巴毒素α/β和腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員14（TNFSF14，也稱為L(zhǎng)IGHT）。
LTBR在淋巴和其他器官的發(fā)育、脂質(zhì)代謝、免疫反應(yīng)和程序性細(xì)胞死亡過(guò)程中發(fā)揮信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)作用。其活性也與致癌作用有關(guān)。LTBR信號(hào)通路參與激活控制細(xì)胞分化、生長(zhǎng)和死亡的反應(yīng)，對(duì)周圍淋巴樣器官的形成，尤其是二級(jí)和三級(jí)淋巴結(jié)構(gòu)的形成至關(guān)重要。LTBR信號(hào)可能會(huì)促進(jìn)浸潤(rùn)性免疫細(xì)胞和腫瘤細(xì)胞之間的交流，觸發(fā)LTβR可誘導(dǎo)典型和非典型核因子(NF)-κB信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路，與炎癥誘導(dǎo)的致癌作用相關(guān)。
