MAGEA6
MAGEA6，全稱為黑色素瘤抗原家族A，6（Melanoma Antigen Family A, 6），也被稱為MAGEA6。該蛋白在黑色素瘤中表達(dá)較高，是黑色素瘤的重要標(biāo)志物。MAGEA6蛋白在細(xì)胞周期調(diào)控、細(xì)胞凋亡和免疫逃逸中發(fā)揮重要作用。其與多種信號(hào)通路相關(guān)，如細(xì)胞因子信號(hào)通路、腫瘤壞死因子信號(hào)通路等。MAGEA6蛋白與多種癌癥相關(guān)，如黑色素瘤、肺癌、前列腺癌等。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對MAGEA6的抗體和疫苗正在研發(fā)中，有望成為癌癥治療的新策略。
