NAT10
NAT10，即N-乙?；D(zhuǎn)移酶10，別名ALP、Kre33、NET43。它是由人類NAT10基因編碼的核蛋白，屬于GNAT家族的乙酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶。NAT10在多種細(xì)胞過(guò)程中發(fā)揮作用，包括RNA的乙?；揎?、核糖體RNA的生物合成、DNA損傷修復(fù)以及mRNA穩(wěn)定性的維持。其作用機(jī)制涉及催化組蛋白和非組蛋白的乙?；揎棧约白鳛镽NA結(jié)合蛋白，通過(guò)在特定RNA分子上添加乙酰基團(tuán)來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)RNA的穩(wěn)定性和翻譯效率。NAT10參與調(diào)控細(xì)胞周期、細(xì)胞遷移、腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移、DNA損傷響應(yīng)以及細(xì)胞衰老等重要生命活動(dòng)。NAT10的異常表達(dá)與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括癌癥、Hutchinson-Gilford早衰綜合征、系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡等。NAT10被認(rèn)為是多種疾病治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
