NCAM1

NCAM1，即神經(jīng)細(xì)胞黏附分子1，別名CD56、N-CAM等。它是一種由NCAM1基因編碼的細(xì)胞表面糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族成員，在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和免疫系統(tǒng)的多種細(xì)胞中表達(dá)。NCAM1的作用機(jī)制涉及同型和異型細(xì)胞黏附，通過同源或異源結(jié)合促進(jìn)細(xì)胞間的相互作用，參與神經(jīng)發(fā)育、突觸可塑性和細(xì)胞遷移。NCAM1參與了神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育和維持，與腫瘤細(xì)胞的黏附、侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移能力有關(guān)。NCAM1的功能異常與某些神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病如阿爾茨海默病、精神分裂癥等有關(guān)，同時(shí)在腫瘤發(fā)展中也發(fā)揮作用，是腫瘤治療中的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
