NCL
NCL，全稱為核仁蛋白（Nucleolar protein），是一種在活躍生長(zhǎng)的真核細(xì)胞中發(fā)揮重要作用的核仁成分。該蛋白常見(jiàn)別名包括核仁素（Nucleolin）等，主要與核仁內(nèi)的染色質(zhì)和前核糖體顆粒相關(guān)。NCL蛋白通過(guò)與組蛋白H1結(jié)合，促進(jìn)其參與誘導(dǎo)染色質(zhì)解縮，并參與前rRNA的轉(zhuǎn)錄過(guò)程，對(duì)核糖體的組裝至關(guān)重要。此外，NCL蛋白還在細(xì)胞周期調(diào)控、DNA復(fù)制和修復(fù)等方面發(fā)揮作用，是維持細(xì)胞正常生理功能的關(guān)鍵蛋白。
