NTMT1
NTMT1，即蛋白質(zhì)α-N-末端甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶1，別名NRMT1、METTL11A。這是一種在蛋白質(zhì)N末端添加甲基的轉(zhuǎn)移甲基化酶，已被確定為腫瘤發(fā)生和進展的關(guān)鍵參與者。NTMT1通過在底物α-N-末端上引入甲基，能夠調(diào)節(jié)有絲分裂、染色質(zhì)相互作用、DNA修復(fù)和維持基因組穩(wěn)定性。此外，NTMT1在多種癌癥中過表達，包括黑色素瘤、結(jié)直腸癌和宮頸癌，其表達水平與腫瘤的預(yù)后和進展有關(guān)，表明它在腫瘤發(fā)展中的重要作用。

Activity
