OPCML
OPCML，全稱為阿片樣物質(zhì)結(jié)合蛋白/細(xì)胞粘附分子（Opioid-binding protein/cell adhesion molecule-like），也被稱為OBCAM或IGLON1。該蛋白主要位于細(xì)胞膜，可能在阿片受體功能中起輔助作用。OPCML蛋白與多種生物過(guò)程相關(guān)，包括細(xì)胞粘附、細(xì)胞通訊和細(xì)胞分化。在卵巢癌中，OPCML蛋白的表達(dá)與腫瘤的生長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。目前，針對(duì)OPCML蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在尋找能夠抑制其活性或促進(jìn)其降解的化合物，以期開(kāi)發(fā)出新的抗癌藥物。
