PRTN3

PRTN3，即蛋白酶3基因，別名Proteinase 3、Myeloblastin、Wegener Autoantigen、C-ANCA Antigen、AGP7、NP-4、PR-3。PRTN3基因位于19號染色體上，其表達(dá)產(chǎn)物為蛋白酶3，這是一種中性粒細(xì)胞分泌的主要絲氨酸蛋白酶之一。蛋白酶3具有多種生物學(xué)功能，包括降解多種組織蛋白、加工細(xì)胞因子和受體等，從而調(diào)控炎癥反應(yīng)。它與免疫系統(tǒng)和天然免疫系統(tǒng)中的細(xì)胞因子信號通路相關(guān)，參與了成熟常規(guī)樹突狀細(xì)胞分化、膜蛋白胞外域蛋白水解和中性粒細(xì)胞外滲等過程。與PRTN3基因相關(guān)的疾病包括肉芽腫病合并多發(fā)性血管炎和血管炎。此外，PRTN3基因還可能作為腫瘤免疫治療中激活細(xì)胞毒性免疫細(xì)胞的靶點，通過敲除或抑制其酶活性，可以促進(jìn)具有細(xì)胞毒性的免疫細(xì)胞如NK細(xì)胞和CD8+ T細(xì)胞的激活，從而有效抑制腫瘤的發(fā)展。
