PSIP1
PSIP1，全稱為PC4 and SFRS1 interacting protein 1，常見別名包括DFS70、LEDGF、p52、p75等。該蛋白在細(xì)胞核內(nèi)發(fā)揮重要作用，與多種細(xì)胞過程相關(guān)。PSIP1蛋白通過與其他蛋白相互作用，參與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控、DNA修復(fù)和病毒復(fù)制等過程。研究表明，PSIP1蛋白與HIV-1病毒復(fù)制密切相關(guān)，能夠促進(jìn)HIV-1整合酶與染色質(zhì)的結(jié)合，從而影響病毒的復(fù)制和感染。此外，PSIP1蛋白還與某些疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān)，如急性髓系白血病、HIV感染、斑禿等。目前，針對PSIP1蛋白的藥物研發(fā)正在積極開展，旨在開發(fā)出能夠抑制其功能的小分子化合物，用于治療相關(guān)疾病。
