SIGLEC15
SIGLEC15，全稱唾液酸結(jié)合免疫球蛋白樣凝集素-15，是一種在腫瘤微環(huán)境中高表達(dá)的蛋白。它主要在多種腫瘤細(xì)胞和與腫瘤相關(guān)的巨噬細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，而在正常組織和免疫細(xì)胞中表達(dá)量很低。SIGLEC15具有與PD-L1類似的免疫調(diào)節(jié)功能，但兩者的表達(dá)是互斥的，這使其成為抗PD-1/PD-L1耐藥患者的一個潛在治療靶點(diǎn)。目前，first-in-class的anti-Siglec-15單克隆抗體NC318的初步臨床數(shù)據(jù)令人鼓舞，為對抗PD-1/PD-L1耐藥的腫瘤患者提供了新的治療選擇。此外，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)SIGLEC-15在原發(fā)性中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)淋巴瘤（PCNSL）患者預(yù)后生存期中與腫瘤周圍巨噬細(xì)胞的表達(dá)水平有顯著相關(guān)性，這可能為腫瘤患者預(yù)后制定/優(yōu)化治療方案提供了可靠的參考。目前，ACROBiosystems自主開發(fā)了一系列Siglec-15蛋白，其生物活性經(jīng)多種技術(shù)驗(yàn)證，并獲得客戶良好反饋，為相關(guān)研究提供了有力支持。
