SINHCAF
SINHCAF，即SIN3-HDAC復合體相關(guān)因子，別名FAM60A、TERA。這是一種在人類細胞中發(fā)現(xiàn)的蛋白質(zhì)，參與調(diào)控基因表達。SINHCAF是組蛋白去乙酰化酶復合體的組分之一，通過與SIN3A和HDAC1等蛋白相互作用，促進組蛋白去乙?；瑥亩种苹虻谋磉_。在斑馬魚中，SINHCAF對于原始生殖細胞（PGC）的形成至關(guān)重要，其敲除會導致PGC數(shù)量減少，影響性別比例，而過表達則會增加PGC數(shù)量，并傾向于雌性。此外，SINHCAF還參與負向調(diào)控細胞遷移，是Sin3復合體的一部分，對維持胚胎干細胞的快速增殖潛力和防止過早的細胞系分化至關(guān)重要。這些功能表明SINHCAF在細胞命運決定和發(fā)育過程中扮演著重要角色。
