SMARCA2
SMARCA2全稱為SWI/SNF相關(guān)基質(zhì)相關(guān)肌動蛋白依賴的染色質(zhì)調(diào)控因子A2，也被稱為BRM或SNF2L2。SMARCA2屬于SWI/SNF染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物核心成員，通過調(diào)節(jié)染色質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)變化影響基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活性，在細(xì)胞分化、增殖及DNA損傷修復(fù)中起關(guān)鍵作用。SMARCA2功能異常與肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等多種實體瘤密切相關(guān)，其表達(dá)缺失可能導(dǎo)致腫瘤抑制因子失活或致癌通路異常激活。近年來針對SMARCA2的藥物開發(fā)聚焦于表觀遺傳調(diào)控領(lǐng)域，例如利用PROTAC技術(shù)開發(fā)靶向降解劑，或通過抑制其ATP酶活性恢復(fù)抑癌功能。

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Hela (1.1*106) were cross-linked with formaldehyde, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 4µg anti-SMARCA2 or a control normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified using real-time PCR with primers (CSB-PP021799HU) against the ESR1 pS2 promoter.
