STEAP2
STEAP2，全稱為六跨膜前列腺上皮抗原2，也被稱為STEAP2蛋白。該蛋白在前列腺上皮細(xì)胞中高表達，是前列腺癌的細(xì)胞表面標(biāo)志物。STEAP2蛋白在多種腫瘤細(xì)胞中表達上調(diào)，尤其是在前列腺癌、乳腺癌和膀胱癌等類型中。STEAP2蛋白的過表達與前列腺癌的進展和不良預(yù)后相關(guān)，因此被視為一種有潛力的治療靶點。目前，針對STEAP2的抗體藥物偶聯(lián)物（ADC）和雙特異性抗體等新型藥物正在研發(fā)中，有望為前列腺癌患者提供新的治療選擇。
