STK40
STK40，即絲氨酸/蘇氨酸激酶40，別名SHIK、SgK495。STK40是一種假激酶，具有激酶同源結(jié)構(gòu)域但缺乏催化活性，主要通過作為支架蛋白協(xié)助E3泛素連接酶與底物蛋白結(jié)合，促進蛋白的泛素化和降解。STK40可調(diào)控Th1和Th17細(xì)胞的分化，介導(dǎo)炎癥和自身免疫疾病進展中的重要功能，通過促進FOXO轉(zhuǎn)錄因子與E3連接酶COP1的相互作用，促進K48連接的多泛素化和蛋白酶體降解。STK40在多種生理過程中發(fā)揮作用，包括細(xì)胞分化、免疫反應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)以及可能的能量代謝調(diào)節(jié)，其異常表達與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括自身免疫性疾病和腫瘤。
