TBX5
TBX5，即胸腺素盒轉錄因子5，是一種轉錄因子，屬于T-box家族成員之一。TBX5在心臟發(fā)育、肺部形成和一些腫瘤的發(fā)生中起著重要作用。其作用機制涉及到與DNA上的特定位點結合，調控下游基因的表達。TBX5通過影響多種信號通路，包括但不限于PI3K-AKT、Wnt/β-catenin等，調控細胞的增殖、分化和遷移。在生物學意義上，TBX5對心臟和肺部的正常發(fā)育至關重要，其表達異常與某些先天性心臟病和肺疾病相關。此外，TBX5在肺癌等多種腫瘤中的作用也受到關注，其可能通過影響細胞周期和轉移相關基因的表達，促進腫瘤的發(fā)展和轉移。
