TIGIT
TIGIT，即T細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白和ITIM結(jié)構(gòu)域蛋白，別名WUCAM、Vstm3、VSIG9。TIGIT由人類TIGIT基因編碼，該基因位于3號(hào)染色體的q13.33區(qū)域。TIGIT是一種抑制性受體，屬于Ig超家族，具有細(xì)胞外的免疫球蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域、I型跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)、胞內(nèi)的免疫受體酪氨酸抑制/激活基序（ITIM/ITAM）。TIGIT的作用機(jī)制涉及與CD155等配體的結(jié)合，通過(guò)胞內(nèi)ITIM基序傳遞抑制信號(hào)，減少T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞的激活和增殖，降低細(xì)胞因子的產(chǎn)生。TIGIT在調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞的免疫反應(yīng)中起著重要作用，特別是在腫瘤微環(huán)境中，TIGIT的高表達(dá)與免疫抑制和腫瘤逃逸相關(guān)。TIGIT阻斷劑在不同腫瘤模型中顯示出治療潛力，是癌癥治療的新靶點(diǎn)。
