TNFRSF13C
TNFRSF13C，也稱為BAFFR，是一種膜蛋白，屬于TNF受體超家族。它主要在B細(xì)胞上表達(dá)，對于B細(xì)胞的存活和活化至關(guān)重要。BAFFR與BAFF結(jié)合，可以促進(jìn)B細(xì)胞的增殖和分化，并在免疫系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。與BAFFR相關(guān)的疾病包括自身免疫性疾病和某些類型的免疫缺陷。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對BAFFR的藥物正在開發(fā)中，旨在治療這些疾病。
