ULBP1
ULBP1，全稱為UL16結(jié)合蛋白1，也被稱為NKG2D配體1。它是一種在免疫系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮重要作用的蛋白，主要功能是作為NKG2D受體的配體，激活自然殺傷細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞，從而增強(qiáng)機(jī)體對腫瘤細(xì)胞的殺傷能力。ULBP1與NKG2D的結(jié)合能夠激活多種免疫信號通路，如JAK2、STAT5、ERK和PI3K/Akt通路，從而促進(jìn)免疫細(xì)胞的活化。在腫瘤治療領(lǐng)域，ULBP1被作為CAR-T細(xì)胞治療的靶點之一，目前已有針對ULBP1的CAR-T藥物處于臨床研究階段，顯示出良好的治療潛力。此外，ULBP1還與多種血液和實體腫瘤相關(guān)，因此，針對ULBP1的藥物研發(fā)進(jìn)展備受關(guān)注。
