YTHDF2
YTHDF2，別名DF2、CAHL、HGRG8、NY-REN-2。YTHDF2屬于YTH結(jié)構(gòu)域超家族成員，含有YTH結(jié)構(gòu)域，該結(jié)構(gòu)域通常位于蛋白質(zhì)序列的中間，與RNA結(jié)合。YTHDF2通過識別并結(jié)合N6-甲基腺苷（m6A）修飾的mRNA，調(diào)節(jié)這些mRNA的穩(wěn)定性和翻譯效率。YTHDF2在調(diào)控基因表達、mRNA代謝和細胞信號傳導(dǎo)中起重要作用。YTHDF2的功能異常與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括急性髓性白血病、視網(wǎng)膜色素變性、Wilms瘤等。
